About Brit

With over 11 years of corporate operations experience, Brit is thrilled to be at a place in her career where she can take a risk, follow her passion and launch Harper Swift. Having worked for a wide range of companies (large/small and online/offline), Brit has seen the power of setting up processes early and course-correcting often. She is driven by helping brands build the systems they need to thrive and eliminating or automating non-value-add activities allowing them to focus on what drives them.

When not in the “office”, you can find Brit exploring the NW with her husband, toddler, and pup (and Harper Swift namesake)!
